At the end of the first generation, you'll (most likely) get a choice of heroines to bear Leonhardt's child. You can pick among the heroines if their affection level is 4 or above. Affection level can be checked by their faces on the bottom right of the screen during scenes. Level 4 is when they have a big smile.
