Hard Reset Redux Game Review image 0

Although Hard Reset Redux isn’t the most well-known first-person shooter, it’s still a fun and addictive experience. Its generic plot involving robots and conspiracy tries to bring humanity to its knees. Players unlock new guns and function as they progress through the game. Players also unlock swords and level up their characters. The game has a lot to offer, but its first-person perspective can be a little confusing.

One of the main selling points of Hard Reset is its over-the-top destruction, with no reload button. Those who love a good shooter will appreciate the fast-paced action and variety of weapons in Hard Reset Redux. The game is also highly challenging and features a well-realized cyberpunk setting. The original Hard Reset was released to rock the PC shooter scene and now it’s returning to shake things up with the new generation of hardware.

Hard Reset Redux Game Review image 1

While the original game was a hit, the new Hard Reset Redux is a worthy remaster. The gameplay is fast-paced and challenging, and the new additions give it an even greater appeal to fans of the genre. Its combat system is excellent, and the new dodge mechanic adds a lot of engagement to horde modes. Although the game’s frame rate can be a little erratic, it is still a great game and a solid experience.

The world of Hard Reset Redux is reminiscent of a cyberpunk-themed city. The city of Bezoar looks like something from a Blade Runner film. There are plenty of interesting action and exploration, but the story is somewhat boring. The graphics and framerate are very solid on a console. However, the game’s story is pretty short and does not really add much to the overall experience. The game’s story is only told during the loading screens.

Hard Reset Redux focuses on two weapons: a plasma rifle and a machine gun. Each weapon has its own dedicated button for firing it. The game doesn’t offer an arsenal, but it does provide you with different attachments to change the weapon’s functionality. Eventually, you’ll find a weapon that fits your style and playstyle. Once you’ve found the one that fits your play style, you can start upgrading your weapon.

Redux has new enemies and bosses. The game also adds a dash move and rebalances the difficulty. In addition, there are two new maps to unlock. As for the campaign, Redux is brief and offers limited gameplay. You’ll need to make strategic decisions to survive. Luckily, the game offers a hard reset so you can start fresh. However, the game’s difficulties can be hard to beat if you can’t figure out the best strategy for every situation.
